We need you

We are seeking exceptional and driven Project Managers (PMs) to help us deliver world-class service and sector-leading digital products to our portfolio of global clients. As a PM you will play a critical role in managing delivery of projects and maintaining & growing client relationships. Time management skills and the ability to bring order to an ambiguous and fluid environment is key to the role.

To succeed in this role, you will be an exceptional communicator with a reputation for building meaningful, trusting relationships with world-class clients. You will be a strategic thinker and have strong problem-solving skills. You must have 2+ years experience working in professional services, proven experience managing a team, and 2 years proven experience in a related role (e.g. Project Delivery, Account Management, Relationship Management). Client travel will be required across the UK and Europe.

To do:

Project management:

  • Deliver projects on time and in budget through digital PM tools
  • Continuously Improve on your deliverables
  • Present weekly updates and monthly reports on client accounts to Client Success Managers & Account Directors
  • Drive improvement in delivery effectiveness and efficiency

Managing key client accounts:

  • Partner with a portfolio of global clients
  • Manage the seamless delivery of our products and exceptional client service
  • Prepare monthly reports on account status and manage project budgets
  • Drive further business opportunities with existing partners

Support business development:

  • Collaborate with Client Success Manager to identify and drive opportunities
  • Work with the Client Success Manager on strategic projects and improvement initiatives
  • Support sales team up-sell or cross-sell services and products
  • Study competition to find new ways to attract and retain clients
  • Represent Proversity at conferences, events or other marketing opportunities

You’ll need to be good at

  • People/Services management, especially with a geographically spread project teams
  • Developing trusted advisor relationships
  • Juggling multiple projects/clients/stakeholders at a time
  • Maintaining a sharp attention to detail
  • Working across with multidisciplinary teams
  • Driving continuous improvement in the quality of products and service
  • Understanding of Learning Management Systems such as Edx and SABA
