We need you

We are a rapidly growing Education Technology company with our Technical Team based in Cape Town. We are looking for a Junior Support Technician, with 1 - 2 years support experience.

We are passionate about delivering the highest quality solutions to corporate, consumer and higher education markets. We provide technology, production and learning design services to a variety of organisations, including higher education institutions, corporate and government. We are dedicated to building a capable, motivated and dynamic team with the capacity to grow at scale.

Responsibilities include:

  • Technical support
  • Helpdesk management and live chat
  • Vested interested in the growth and leadership of the support team

Candidate must have commercial experience in:

  • Online technical support (LiveChat/Helpdesk/Email)
  • Helpdesk management (Zendesk/Freshdesk/Kayako)

Candidate should also have:

  • Excellent language skills (English)
  • Excellent communication skills
  • An understanding of web and mobile applications
  • Experience working with multidisciplinary teams
  • The capacity to work independently or collaboratively
  • A positive attitude to challenging tasks
  • Knowledge of Quality Assurance and testing procedures would be a plus
