Digital Learning Consultant

We need you

We are seeking an exceptional and driven Digital Learning Consultant (DLC) to help us deliver world-class service and sector-leading digital products to our portfolio of global clients. As DLC you will play a critical role in the business, drawing on your sector-leading project and people management skills to build strong and trusting client relationship and drive the design and delivery of world-class projects, resulting in repeat business. As a senior member of the Proversity team, you will also support business development, drive internal improvement projects and act as a role-model for exceptional client relationships and project delivery.

To succeed in this role, you will be an exceptional communicator with a reputation for building meaningful, trusting relationships with world-class clients. You will be a strategic thinker and have strong problem-solving skills. You must have 2-4 years' experience working in a client service & consulting environment. Client travel will be required across UK, Middle East, Africa, Asia and USA.

To do

  • DLC for key client accounts
  • Partner with an exciting portfolio of leading higher education, corporate and government clients around the world.
  • Manage the seamless delivery of our products and exceptional client service
  • Prepare monthly reports on account status and manage project budgets
  • Drive further business opportunities with existing partner
  • Support business development
  • Collaborate with sales team to identify and drive opportunities
  • Implement strategic projects and improvement initiatives
  • Support sales team up-sell or cross-sell services and products
  • Study competition to find new ways to attract and retain clients
  • Represent Proversity at conferences, events or other marketing opportunities
