We need you

As the creative lead, you need to be an expert in all facets of the creative process. You are responsible for the overall visual look of the course. You'll work directly with clients and our production delivery teams to ensure we produce visually compelling content online learning content for iconic brands and organisations.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the initial design phase of projects with clients and the team
  • Liaise with clients to shape visual directions of content
  • Leading design sprints with the team
  • Own final concept and ensure it’s delivered
  • Direct and preferably film video shoots
  • Work closely with different teams to carry through the style and ensure quality

Requirements:

  • Branding / art direction experience
  • Adobe CC, especially Illustrator, bonus After Effects
  • Post-production experience
  • Good knowledge of the video production process
  • Experience working with remote teams
  • Self-directed and capable of working in a fast-paced environment
  • Attention to detail
